Do you struggle to “fit in”? Are you feeling “different” and left out? Does the thought of a social interaction give you a lump in the throat and make your palms clammy? You’re isolating, lack the confidence, and feel hopeless. You’re watching your peers and asking yourself why I can’t be “normal” like them or wishing you “did not worry” as they do. If you feel like these struggles are holding you back in life and keeping you from living worry-free, then you might be dealing with Social Anxiety and possibly Depression.
I can help you not just to manage your anxiety and feeling of sadness but to build your self-confidence. Helping you to discover the unique individual you are. My past clinical experiences included working with individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, difficulties adjusting, substance abuse, relationship issues, anger, and stress.
